Baylie Robinson is a Saas Strategic Account Manager residing in Brooklyn, New York. Outside of her full time job, Baylie recently published her first book, Life Lessons College Failed to Teach You, as well as curating new ideas for her blog “The Baysics,” which covers all the basics of life with a dash or two of sass.
As a partner at Deloitte, I had the status and money I thought I wanted, but no meaning. It all felt empty. Why? I was on the brink of a breakdown when I decided I had to find out.
I found my authentic ambition and created a business that uses my experience in deeply meaningful ways AND gives me the freedom to design my life. A life of great relationships, that gives me the flexibility to travel, with time to get in the best shape of my life, and a spiritual connection I never imagined possible.

ChrisTiana ObeySumner is a Black and Indigenous, Queer, and Multiply disabled person. They are a DEI and Intersectional Disability advocate and consultant, and founded Epiphanies of Equity LLC and The Eleanor Elizabeth Institute for Black Empowerment.
For almost two decades, they have dedicated their life and career to amplifying the importance of social equity — particularly narrative identity development and it’s role in cultural humility and allyship, intersectional disability justice, bringing awareness to the lived experience of racialized ableism and externalizing antiblackness, and dismantling the psychosocial paradigms that underlie social injustice and inaction. On their off-time (ha!), they love reading, watching pro-wrestling, and spending hours staring at stimming YouTube videos of marble runs and recipe videos.
Harriet Harty is a Senior Business Executive who brings the strong combination of Human Resources expertise and financial acumen. Throughout her career, she has proven her ability to champion, influence and inspire a values-based culture and drive performance through the alignment of HR strategies with business needs.
Harriet has 23+ years of Human Resource experience. Most recently, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Allstate Insurance Company. She held responsibility for all human resources functions, including recruitment, development and rewards for more than 70,000 employees and exclusive agents. She led and advised the Board of Directors and facilitated the Compensation and Succession Committee meetings.
Harriet also has extensive Board of Directors experience, having served as an Advisory Board Member for After School Matters and a Board Member for Women Employed. She earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Harriet is a native of Chicago and currently lives in Park Ridge, Illinois with her husband, John and 17- year old daughter, Carissa. She enjoys exercise, reading and traveling with her family.
Jemia is a Certified Diversity & Inclusion practitioner, freelance writer, content creator & branding consultant. With her full-time job she manages a portfolio of clients that contribute to her diverse workforce planning strategy. Jemia also facilitates workshops internally to help start conversations and understanding around bias, intersectionality, inclusion and other diversity related topics. Jemia also is a contributing writer for her employer’s technology blog and focuses on employee engagement and how to diverse engage talent.
Outside of her full-time job, Jemia also writes for major websites like Fairygodboss & FindSpark. Articles vary from career & interview tips to diversity best practices. Jemia has over 7 years of experience working with workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, social media strategies and brand strategies.
Dr. Laura McGuire is the founder of The National Center for Equity and Agency, a consulting firm that specializes in sexual assault prevention and diversity and inclusion. Dr. McGuire is a consultant, speaker, and expert witness whose work in studying human sexual behavior and trauma-informed care has made her a nationally recognized leader in her field.
Mayerland Harris, Group Vice President of Human Resources for H-E-B, is a dynamic and influential leader and team builder with over 31 years of retail experience in Human Resources and store operations – and more than 27 of those years with H-E-B. She leads an impressive team of HR professionals and provides human resources leadership for the Houston Food & Drug, Cen-tral Market, Smart Shop and Mi Tienda Divisions of H-E-B. Mayerland received her bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991 and her MBA from Texas A&M University in 2007. She received her certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources in 1999. Mayerland is married with two wonderful children.
Nani has over 20 years of career in the media and cable television industry; primarily in content distribution and account management for global media brands including Bravo, A+E, History and Lifetime among others. She successfully negotiated long term content and partnership agreements for multi-platform distribution and over the top streaming. At the core, she is a brand ambassador and a partnership broker. She seeks out opportunities to integrate brands, content, products and partners; bringing resources together to engage and connect with the target audience.
Nani has been recognized for her leadership and mentorship throughout her career, including the Bernice Coe Award presented by Multichannel News, Oxygen and WICT (Women in Cable and Telecommunications), A+E Network President’s Award and was inducted to the Hall of Fame, presented by the VCTA (VA Cable & Telecommunications Association). Currently, she is the VP of Performance and Partnerships for an executive coaching and leadership development firm, bridge between, inc. She oversees business development, client relationships and team performance as well as content and program development and podcast production.
Harriet Khataba is an award-winning Business Development Consultant whose expertise is in Business and Financial Management. Her specialty is with startups and small businesses. Her experience in Public Relations and Media guarantees greater exposure to a broader audience.
Harriet is a global change agent, media influencer, an avid writer and the founder of Her Story Matters organization, whose mission is to empower women and offer visibility through events and various media outlets. Her organization offers business coaching to amazing leaders in the areas of startup and leadership.
She is an author of her soon to be released book The Evolution of ME in 2020.
Sara Sanders Gardner works full-time at Bellevue College in Washington State, where Sara designed, developed, and now directs the Neurodiversity Navigators program, now in its tenth year. Sara is also adjunct faculty at the college. In addition, Sara has a consulting business called Autistic at Work, which provides training for hiring managers, and managers and co-workers of autistic applicants and employees. Sara is autistic and was diagnosed as an adult.
Theresa is the founder and president of Master Trainer TMR & Associates, a global training consulting firm. She is a professional speaker averaging 50+ speaking engagements annually since 2005. In her work with busy professionals, it became clear to her that many were echoing the same sentiment – that “work is 24/7, but I’m not”–leading to feelings of overwhelm and overload. Giving voice to the phenomenon that she terms O-Syndrome, Theresa has dedicated her career to providing insights and practical strategies for navigating our professional and personal lives. A certified ATD Master Trainer and an outspoken advocate with over 25 years of experience, she coaches and advises working professionals all over the world in the areas of pressures, priorities, and purpose.
